Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8895204 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8895204\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.1. At the patient's initiative<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7385fcc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7385fcc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">A confirmed service booking cannot be canceled with a refund, as the time slot and related medical resources are exclusively blocked for the patient.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">The patient may request <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>One reschedule<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">, if notified in writing (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) with at least <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>48 hours before<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> of scheduled time. In this case, the payment remains valid.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Following this one-time reschedule, any subsequent modification will incur the full payment of a new consultation and\/or a new partial payment for the future medical intervention.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">The amount paid is NOT refundable in case of non-attendance, except in cases justified by medical reasons or force majeure.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e62dca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2e62dca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.2. At the clinic's initiative<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff62107 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff62107\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">If, for medical, technical, or organizational reasons, the clinic cannot honor the appointment, the patient may opt for:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Rescheduling to a mutually agreed-upon date; or<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Full refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 7 business days.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92b9f71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"92b9f71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.3. Force Majeure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e54aaf1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e54aaf1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Cases of force majeure are considered to be: natural disasters, serious accidents, sudden illnesses, unforeseen situations caused by authorities.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">In these situations, the patient can reschedule without additional cost, based on supporting evidence.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c15b2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3c15b2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Right of withdrawal and exceptions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d75c2cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d75c2cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">In accordance with OUG 34\/2014, the consumer normally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">The exception to the above rule, according to Art. 16 letter a) of OUG 34\/2014, is: <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i>patient's right to withdraw<\/i><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i>It does not apply if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer (patient), who confirms that they lose this right once performance begins.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>By checking the box \u201e<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><u><b>Accept Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/u><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>\u201dbefore payment, the patient (consumer):<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>expresses explicit agreement for the performance (booking of the service \/ scheduling of the consultation\/procedure) to begin immediately by blocking the time slot and by booking\/making unavailable the chosen doctor for other services;<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>confirms that they understand and agree to forfeit their right of withdrawal if they do not show up or do not comply with the permitted rescheduling deadline, from the moment they book the service\/appointment for consultation\/procedure.<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bba9bd8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bba9bd8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Scheduling Confirmation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c6db93 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c6db93\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">After booking \/ payment processing, the patient receives at least:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Date, time, and the doctor for which the service was scheduled\/booked;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">clinic's contact details;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Amount paid and payment method \u2013 payment link;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">programming details link<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">;<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c6856e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3c6856e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8.
