Impostors. I don't recommend. Very good at marketing until you get there. The clinic looks okay, but the first red flag is that... you're the only patient in the clinic. Then they sell you stories at exaggerated prices, saying you need to treat all your teeth, even though that's not what you asked for or need.
Your response is just as „personalized” as the treatment plans offered.
I am not publishing my real name precisely because you have already demonstrated in another review that you have no qualms about publicly disclosing confidential medical details regarding patients’ health issues, diagnoses, or treatments. This is an extremely problematic practice from the perspective of medical confidentiality.
I hope you never find yourself in a situation where anyone with internet access can find out details about your medical issues.

Hello. The medical team, consisting of Dr. Thomas Mendel and Dr. Nur Saadeddin, is of the highest professional caliber. They have dedicated their lives to helping people with dental problems. I have an older problem, for 5 years, with my TMJ, severe pain, dizziness, clicking, I wore braces for almost 2 years, I also underwent osteopathy techniques, I wore night guards, but they didn't help me much. My problem was as follows: within a year, my jaw locked five times – once when I yawned and my mouth got stuck open, and the other times after I fell asleep. Obviously, I panicked and didn't know the cause. Dentists recommended I wear a retainer to reposition my jaw for about 8 months, then a splint to straighten my teeth for 2–3 years. This would have been the classic solution for my problem.

Fortunately, I reached Innovation Medical clinic, where I had the good fortune to meet Dr. Anca Adam. From the very first session, she gave me hope and confidence, finding a quick and effective solution. An extraordinary doctor and person, with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

After the first laser treatment session, I felt a noticeable improvement, and after a few more sessions, I can sleep peacefully, without stress and without the fear of waking up with my jaw locked. Additionally, I discovered that the laser used is also very effective for other conditions—a canker sore that normally took two weeks to heal disappeared completely after just one session.

Trigeminal neuralgia... nothing is more painful... And when the pain doesn't respond to anything, despair sets in... But, as God loves me, he put Innovation Medical Center in my path... And the laser treatment... and an angel... Dr. Anca... young, empathetic, patient, passionate about what she does... and I could add many more beautiful words about her... Because, thanks to the professional way she treated me, I can now sleep at night... It seems almost incredible to me that I'm no longer woken up by that unbearable pain, which exploded in my head and jaw... but it's true... I sleep, pain-free, all night... And that's not a small thing... and it's not a small thing that my joy of living has returned, because, for the most part, my right trigeminal nerve has calmed down...
